I am delighted to announce that Sian has joined Dynamics as a Sports Therapist and Sports Massage Therapist. Sian qualified at Chichester University in Sports Therapy. As a Sports Therapist qualified at degree level she has the skill set to carry out muscle/ joint assessment and treatment of your injuries whether sports or general injuries. Sian is also qualified to carry out rehabilitation and advise on your progression with exercise for your chosen sport or activity. Prevention is better than cure so if you have any concerns with functional movement i.e stiffness, restricted range of movement or lake of strength give us a call at the clinic so we can help you keep doing the activities that you want to keep doing.

That was fun! Yes I finally did the Grim Challenge sat 3rd Dec 2011, 8 miles through water and mud. I defiantly needed a sports massage after that! Looking forward to 2012 challenge and getting a group of us to take part.
